This page covers the website you are reading. For how patient data is handled inside the product, read the data protection notes.
What this site collects on its own
Nothing. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, no session cookie, and no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to. The site is a set of static files.
Fonts are served from this domain rather than from a font CDN, so loading a page does not tell a third party that you visited.
If you submit a demo request
The demo form asks for a clinic name, a city, your name, an email address, a phone number, how many practitioners you have, and anything you want to add. All of it is optional except the clinic name, your name, and your email address, because without those we cannot reply.
That submission is sent to us as an email and is not stored by this website. It is delivered by our own email hosting provider, which carries the message and holds it as ordinary mail in the mailbox we read. No separate email sending service is involved and no copy is kept anywhere else. We use it to arrange and follow up on a demo. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not pass it to anyone else.
Ask us and we will delete your submission. If we have not heard from you in twelve months, we delete it anyway.
Server logs
Our own server keeps standard access logs, including IP addresses, for a limited period as part of running the site and defending it from abuse. We do not analyse those logs.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Ask by replying to any message from us, or through the demo form. The Romanian supervisory authority is the ANSPDCP, and you can complain to them.
